If within 30 days of receipt of your order you may return unused, in new condition items for refund, exchange or store credit. (See conditions of specific items below) Standard manufacturer warranties will also be honored. Email us for warranty info on any items.

Shoes & Snowboard boots

Shoes/boots must be unworn and in new condition and in the original undamaged box.
Once the shoes/boots have been worn, they cannot be returned.
Before you wear your new shoes/boots outside, try them on inside to be sure they fit properly

Clothing & Outerwear

Clothing must be unworn and in new condition, with original packaging intact.
Worn clothing is not returnable.

Skateboards

Skateboards must be unused, without griptape, and never had trucks installed.
Once a skateboard has been used, it cannot be returned.

Snowboards

Snowboards must unused and in new condition.
Once bindings have been installed on a board, it is not returnable.

Videos

Videos must be unopened and in original packaging.
